We want you to love your Moon Magic pieces; if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Moon Magic gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
